Everyone makes mistakes. Sometimes, we make mistakes which upsets other people. We apologise to those we’ve hurt, but we cannot expect them to forgive us. Sometimes, we made a mistake without knowing, until people tell us about it. The most important thing is that we reflect on what we have done, and try to minimise the harm. I’m sorry if I hurt you before.
