Everyone makes mistakes. Sometimes, we make mistakes which upsets other people. We apologise to those we’ve hurt, but we cannot expect them to forgive us. Sometimes, we made a mistake without knowing, until people tell us about it. The most important thing is that we reflect on what we have done, and try to minimise the harm.
