Gui Gui means 龟龟. 龟龟 means the 乌龟. Do you know there’s this cute 龟龟 in my house? She has been a part of the family since long long long ago. She does not have any names. To me, she is 乌龟, and I called her 龟龟.

One of the nights last week, I was walking to the kitchen to brush my teeth before going to sleep. So when I switched on the lights of the kitchen, I saw 龟龟 lying with the legs hanging in the air. There wasn’t any signs of struggle (which she would normally do). So I hurriedly flipped her back. I think she was in that position for about an hour. Cause before that when I was using my computer, I heard she kept scratching the container to get out of it. I called 龟龟, 龟龟. No reaction. For 20 minutes, I talked to 龟龟 and asked her to look at me but she ignored me. Normally when I call her, she will react to me. 龟龟 was panting deeply that I can hear it very clearly. She was in her own world and ignoring everything that is around her, even the food that I feed her.

I was really very afraid that 龟龟 will leave me just like that.. That night I was already very tired but I still stay up the night to talk to 龟龟. And I think I talked too loudly that I woke er ge up. Woops..

The next morning when I woke up to go to work, mummy told me that 龟龟 just laid two eggs. oo.. now i understand why the previous night she kept struggling to leave the container.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse

So, do you think I’m talking about Mickey and Minnie mouse? Not Mickey, but Minnie. Not the mouse that we all know, but is the Bichon Maltese baby.

Look at Sophia! She is overjoyed with her newborn babies. She gave birth to 3 male and one female baby maltese. These photos are found at Flickr.com and taken by yasmapaz. Maltese is a small breed of white dog belonging to the toy group. Maltese does not shed and is covered from head to foot with a mantle of long, silky, white fur. Their fur is compared to carpet.

“I’m a kind of dog who is very active in the house, and prefer enclosed spaces. I do not need much physical exercise, but I enjoy running and like to play games of chase, rather than play with toys. I’m 19 days old.”

Do you like dogs? Do you have one at home? All along I wish to have a dog, but my parents object. Now I can only look at photos of dogs. Jonathan’s photos are amazing enough to fulfil my desire. Like what he said, great photos are by chances, not by techniques. Even you have techniques, with the wrong timing, your photo is just nothing.

everyone has his/her own story… i’m just trying to capture the things i see and experience. maybe my photos are not beautiful in your eyes, yet they mean so much to me. – Jonathan.

Baby Ferrets in a cup

Aint they cute? They are just lovely.

I was oohing and aahing when I saw this photo. This is so cute to have 3 baby ferrets in a cup. Ferret comes in colours like brown, black, white, or mixed fur. They have an average length of approximately 20 inches, and it weighs about 2-4 pounds. They can live up to 7-10 years.

I spend 14 to 18 hours a day sleeping, and are most active during dawn and dusk. I’m very active when awake and likes to be released from my cage to get exercise.

Being so closely related to polecats, ferrets are quite easily able to hybridize with them, and this has occasionally resulted in feral colonies of ferret polecat hybrids that have been perceived to have caused damage to native fauna. As a result, some parts of the world have imposed restrictions on the keeping of ferrets.

I’m active and curious about things around me. I like to play with humans.

I can entertain myself easily and do no need to have toys to be with me.

Are we playing hide-and-seek?

Yes, we are. I shall hide under this cover. No one can find me.
