A sweet ending at Ah Chew Desserts
Avril Lavigne sings “Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh. So much for my happy ending”. And yes, it’s true. Every meal deserves a sweet ending and that’s why after our cg dinner, we went to have desserts to end the day with.
On wednesday after CG dinner at Hip Diners, we went to Ah Chew Desserts to have dessert. (duh?) Ah Chew Dessert (阿秋甜品) is located at 1 Liang Seah Street, hidden among a row of eateries at Liang Seah. It is easy for you to spot it as it is always buzzling with many people at night even if it past 10pm.
When we reached there, we waited for quite some time for our table, wait in line at the counter to place orders, wait for the desserts to be served. Please note that they closes on monday and operates daily from afternoon.
Mango Sago with Vanilla Ice Cream (S$3.50)
This is super nice for someone like me who has a sweet tooth. This can really make my day!

Mango Sago with Pomelo (S$3.80)
I heard that this is the signature dish at Ah Chew. A good blend of different flavor that really test your sensitivity of your tastebuds. The sweetness of the mango and the bitterness of the pomelo blend just right for this dessert. So you will not get sick of the sweetness.
