today, went to bought the Secret DVD. it comes with a poster, which was unexpectedly small. but, it has a glossy surface. At least i can really hang in on the wall without worrying that the poster will gather the dust. So many posters, but yet i just kept everything in a hidden place and “bo chap” it.

Haix.. abit regretted to buy the dvd. cause when i came online and check the forum, i realised that only when you buy the vcd, you will get the coaster. oh man.. wasted.. postcard( freebies if u buy dvd) very not usable. I will just keep it and chap somewhere. Haix.. but, bo bian.. buy already.. unless someone is kind enough to buy the vcd, den give me the coaster? so that i can match with my jay’s cup. =P

Watched the movie again through my dvd player. the effect wasnt great. I prefer to watch it in the cinema. at least the sound effect is better. There are many covers for the dvds. Different countries have different dvd covers.

Making another happy birthday cake for my brother. this is the second birthday cake im making. The first one was for my dad.

this time round is chocolate chip and walnut cake. baked with mummy’s and my love..

This is a question i didnt ask my family members yesterday evening. I thought it was just my own problem. I thought i was just giddy…

SINGAPORE : Residents in many parts of Singapore felt at least four aftershocks on Thursday.This follows the 8.4 magnitude earthquake that struck from an epicentre southwest of Sumatra on Wednesday evening.

Neighbour came.

*knock knock*

me: Hello Auntie.
Auntie: You felt the shake?
me: Argh.. Earthquake ar? i thought i giddy leh
Auntie: I also thought i giddy. But i saw the flowers at the corridor were shaking

my mum came..

Mum: Oei.. you felt the tremor never say.
me: I thought i giddy ma.. Then i thought was my chair shaking. So, i stood up and sit down again. Then the quake was gone. So, how i know..
Mum: you hor.. no sense of alertness leh. If really it is happening in Singapore, we dont have time to run for our lives.

This was my first experience with it, and i swear that i will never want it to happen again. It’s so scary that i thought my brain is shaking.

Although Singapore is not directly being affected by the earthquake, but every citizen should be mentally prepared for such crisis. Like when we feel the shake, we should immediately hide under the table and not to hide close to items that are hanging in the air such as the ceiling fans etc.

After a long long time, i finally met up with my sister YJ last saturday. I waited for YJ and her bf outside the control station. She called me and told me to wait at the food court. So, i made my way up to the Bugis Junction food court. But, i still couldnt find her. So, i just walked around and see if i would be able to “catch” her. Then, a familiar person passed by, i turned around, it was YJ!! oh my god. Luckily i 向左看向右看. If not, we will be going at different direction.

Then, we went to Crystal Jade for dinner. I was looking at the menu and trying very hard to find something that i like. Then, i saw this “牛腩拉面”. I know it’s some sort of beef. So i asked the waitress.

A lessson learnt:
牛腩= cow’s stomach

while eating, i was telling YJ that her bf looks like 林俊杰. The small eyes and the “feel”. Then, yj’s mum called to check YJ’s whereabout =X Then i took the phone and chatted with her mum. Hmmx.. really miss her mum too. “Auntie!! 很久没有看到你了! 你好吗?” Then when Auntie asked how my parents, i replied “很健康”. Actually i dont know how to say lar.. then just say 很健康. After dinner, i went to buy bread. YJ was puzzled and asked me who i bought it for. Actually, it was for her family. Really long time never see them, very 想念them.
