While pei fen was doing her chocolate fondant, when Cruz tried her cheesecake, i was making…..

Normally when we celebrate birthdays, we will buy cake from cake shop. But this year is a different one. I baked cake for daddy. It was a surprise for my dad. Sadly for that day, dad didnt go work. So, its like sianx.. no more a surprise. ok, let’s remind back to see what i did.

Marie Biscuits- break into fine pieces, or even powder-like.

add in milk and 4 eggs..adding sugar..add Vanilla oil..
 

Beat them!!

Add in the biscuits…

Melt the butter and add them into the other ingredients..

Take a small portion and add cocoa powder.

and stir..

The cake will have 3 layers.. with the chocolate layer in the middle. Total time taken was 15 minutes/layer. You have to steam layer by layer..

Tadang!!

ok, i will try to make the chocolate fondant!
