I hate this, but I have to face it. She has to face it. He has to face it. We have to face it. We will be stepping down from ccaofficially on 12 May 07. I have to say good bye to my darlings especially my juniors. and my boyfriend and girlfriends. the sister club peeps. I cant imagine what will happen on Saturday. Flooding in bukit batok? Perhaps with the ”bilateral ties” with shirley, we will be able to flood the Harmonis first.

I know when the day come, i would not be able to have to courage to think back about the past 2 years in cca. the wonderful memorable moments we spent together..like going to ‘harmonis” toilet during breaks, gossiping together, lunching together, cam-whoring together, crazying together, changing together.. all these little things will always remain in a special place in my heart.

cca is jus like my family, where i can find wonderful friends who will be always available for me whenever i need help. They are much much much much closer to me as compare to my classmates. Although we only meet each other for two practices per week, but these are the times i cherished alot, and really enjoy.

The first time i stepped into the MR located at the 2nd level back in ttc. We had our Yr1 orientation. It’s wonderful to know that my long-lost kindergarden friend yi hong joined cca. During the orientation, we sat down in a circle, introducing our name, class, previous cca, and why we choose CCA. Sitting beside me was this girl. Long hair, tanned, skinny. It’s Claris. Like what other schoolmates do, we complained about the school, and chatted about our future plan. Her future plan was to go Uni to study mass comm.

Then, got to know sherlynn and 3 of us became very very close friends like sisters. whenever we got break, we will buy drinks from the vending machine. Sher likes Chrysanthemum Tea, Claris and I likes Lemon Barley drink. So, Sher is CT, Claris and I are LBD. CT..LBD..

Throughout my 2 years in cca, we went for many performances like the 2 performances at Lau Pa Sat in 2005, 24 Feb 06-Henderson Home CIP, 20 May 06- Institute Day, 22 May 06- Grand Copthorne Hotel, 08 July 06- SYF Opening @ IMM etc..

Our first performance was at Marina South Carnival @ Marina. Our first time carrying instruments, our first time learning cheer from liangkai:

That time, everyone was very excited. We had fun together, transporting our own angklungs up the stage. Our Lau Pa Sat performances were our 2nd and 3rd performance. Before the performances, we reached school early for practice. And had Nasi Pattaya specially prepared from Al Ameen.

Next, we had our cca annual JB trip. On the way, Claris and I were singing and sher became our hard core fan. We did Batik painting, lunching at kinda outdoor environment, saw the malay dancing. We only managed to reach Singapore at about 9+pm without going for shopping due to limited time.

2006. It was sad to see our seniors stepping down and leaving us. The fun and laughters that they’ve bought to cca. We had a surprise party for them, secretly locked them out of MR and decorated the room. We were quite scared tat our seniors were outside eavdropping. So, we tried our best of the best to minimise the noise. We organised PU1 orientation. Nora, Shi Hui and I were group leaders of one of the group.

Our first performance with the juniors was at IMM. it was my first time playing songs on the bell. I think it’s Lord of the Dance. And shenandoah on the melody. Our seniors came and supported us. sher, claris and i had a big big lollipop each from them.

cca has students from 2 campuses, and we had problems to make everyone unite together. Before the seniors stepped down, they chatted with us about our batch and improvements we should make. I seldom talk to the “bartley” people since i’ve got my own clique. Shir is the bravest of the few “bartley” people to step out and chatted with us. slowly, my clique and her clique cling together! We went East Coast Park on 15 July 06 together. It was a wonderful yet scaring experience for me. I’ve never cycle before and then i had to cycle. Pok, xx came along. 3 of them plus me, sher n claris rode from one end of the ecp to another end. leading the few of us were xx and sher.. They rode the FASTEST! i was at the middle. pok and claris rode behind me to ensure my safety. They tried to call me but i was too too concentrated on cycling.

2006.. 31 Aug was sher’s bday. went kbox with sher and 2 of her classmates. I had my first 56th bday in Lau Pa Sat on 06 Sept. then i saw claris carrying a box of cake along to lau pa sat.. and i really tot that it was sher’s belated bday cake. after our dinner, we opened up the cake box and took out the candles. amazingly, there were alot of candles.. resembling 56. O.. it was meant to celebrate pok, pear and my bday. the september babies. There, we had foreigners from china, japan etc. to sing bday song for us. =)

05-07 Dec 06.. had chalet at downtown with replicas. learnt to play mahjong and was quite addicted to it.. and i won one of the rounds!

2007. we shifted to the new campus. finally, we can see more miake-ians everyday in school. we performed for the japanese exchange students and they were so kawaii. We had ake camp on 15-16 Mar. During these 2D1N camp, we really enjoyed ourselves alot! training for our SYF. and had our meals outside everytime. 26 April. The day which everyone was waiting for. THE SYF DAY! All our hardwork really paid off. the night practices that we have.. and we got what we deserved. GOLD!
